Privacy information

This website does not require patients to create an account. When you send an appointment request we collect only what reception needs to contact you: your name, phone number, optional email, the speciality or doctor you chose, your preferred date and time window, and your consent to be contacted.

We do not ask for medical history, reports, government ID numbers or payment details through this website.

Appointment requests are visible only to authorised hospital reception staff and administrators, who use them to call you and arrange your visit. Messages about your request are sent only through channels the hospital has set up; if none is set up, reception contacts you by phone.

Staff accounts on the website's admin area are protected by sign-in and role-based permissions.

If the hospital sends you a link to view or change your request, the link is private to you, expires, and can be withdrawn. Please do not share it.
