Before admission
Cashless treatment is subject to hospital empanelment, policy terms and insurer/TPA approval. Please confirm eligibility with our team before admission.
How cashless requests work
For planned or emergency admissions, the hospital's insurance desk can help you send a pre-authorisation (cashless) request to your insurer or its TPA.
The hospital helps with the paperwork, but the approval decision is made by your insurer. Approval, the approved amount and any deductions depend on your policy terms. If a cashless request is not approved, you may be able to claim reimbursement from your insurer after discharge.
What to bring
- Your health insurance card or policy details
- A photo identity document of the patient
- Your doctor's advice for admission, if you have it
Your insurer may ask for more documents. Please confirm with the hospital before admission.
